We deliver art to your doorstep across Egypt. Every order is carefully packed to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over LE 1,000. For orders below this amount:
- Cairo & Giza: LE 60
- Alexandria, Delta & Canal Cities: LE 70
- Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: LE 80
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Framed orders may take an additional day for quality inspection. Business days are Saturday through Thursday (Friday is our day off).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- An email with your tracking number and link
- An SMS to the phone number on your order
You can track your order status anytime from your account page.
How We Pack Your Art
Your art deserves to arrive flawless. Here's how we protect it:
- Unframed prints: Rolled in acid-free tissue paper inside a rigid cardboard tube
- Framed prints: Corner-protected with foam, bubble-wrapped, and placed in a double-walled box
- A "Fragile — Handle With Care" sticker on every package
Guaranteed Safe Delivery: If your order arrives damaged for any reason, we'll send you a free replacement — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you're unavailable, they'll contact you via phone to arrange a convenient time. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we'll reach out to reschedule.
